How we obtain consent: When you provide your mobile phone number during the reservation booking process on the Velvet Rope platform, you are presented with a clear opt-in disclosure at the point of submission. The disclosure states:

"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS notifications about your reservation from Velvet Rope. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply."

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and immediately cease all further SMS messages to your number. To re-subscribe, reply START.
